These dancers range in age from 10 years old to 14 years old. These dancers come two to four days a week for classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop and Acrobatics. The Cadettes team travels to three competitions each year and competes with routines in Jazz, Tap, Lyrical and Hip Hop. They perform at local community functions and most dancers on the team have been with the Academy between six and nine years. Dancers in this team must complete an audition in Tap & Jazz.
