These dancers range in age from 8 years old to 11 years old. The T-Birds come two to four days a week for classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop and Acrobatics. The team travels to three competitions each year and competes with routines in Jazz, Tap, Lyrical and Hip Hop. They perform at local community functions and most dancers on the team have been with the Academy between three and six years. Dancers in this team must complete an audition in Tap & Jazz.
